Mark Wardel is a figurative painter who’s work explores ideas of ‘identity’ specifically the self created identities adopted by outsiders in order to function within mainstream society.
Sometimes working under the pseudonym TradeMark his paintings have been exhibited in galleries and museums internationally and are in the collections of many prominent media figures including David Bowie and Kanye West.Mark Wardel lives and works in London.
